Ingredients

1 cup coconut or almond milk

3 Tbs chia seeds

1 Tbs blonde flax seed

1 Tbs flax seeds

1 Tbs flaked almond

1 Tbs pecan pieces

1 Tbs walnut pieces

Do you miss hot oatmeal?

Sunny Boy or Cream of Wheat?

Do you love rice pudding?

This is my favourite substitute!!
